TSF Training Membership – Terms & Conditions

By registering a player for TSF Academy, the parent or guardian agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Membership Fee

TSF Academy membership costs £120 per month, collected automatically by Direct Debit or our nominated recurring payment provider.

The membership fee secures the player’s place within the Academy and covers participation in the Academy programme.

TSF Academy operates during scheduled term-time training periods. The £120 monthly fee is a recurring membership fee and is not calculated according to the exact number of training sessions taking place within each individual calendar month.

Cancellation

We require one month’s notice to cancel an Academy membership.

Notice must be provided through the cancellation process specified by Streetz Football.

Membership payments falling due during the notice period will remain payable and the player may continue attending training until their membership ends.

Cancelling a Direct Debit with your bank does not constitute notice of cancellation.

Missed Sessions

Membership fees are not refundable where a player chooses not to attend, is unavailable, is on holiday or otherwise misses a scheduled training session.

Where a player is unable to participate for an extended period because of injury or exceptional circumstances, parents should contact Streetz Football. Any membership freeze, credit or alternative arrangement will be considered at our discretion, subject to the member’s statutory rights.

Academy Calendar

TSF Academy operates primarily during school term time and does not ordinarily train during scheduled Academy breaks, including designated half-term and Christmas breaks.

These planned breaks form part of the Academy membership structure and do not automatically result in a reduction or refund of the monthly membership fee.

Academy training dates will be communicated to parents in advance.

Session Changes and Cancellations

TSF Academy sessions are expected to take place at the scheduled time and location communicated to parents. Changes to scheduled sessions are rare.

In exceptional circumstances, Streetz Football may need to change a training time, coach, pitch or location. Where this is necessary, we will aim to give parents as much notice as reasonably possible.

Where Streetz Football has to cancel a session, we will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative session, credit or other appropriate solution where circumstances warrant it.

Payments

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that membership payments are made when due.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, Streetz Football may suspend the player’s Academy place until payment has been resolved.

Continued non-payment may result in the player’s place being withdrawn.

Safeguarding

The safety and welfare of players is a priority at TSF Academy.

All players, parents, guardians, coaches and staff are expected to comply with Streetz Football’s safeguarding procedures and codes of conduct.

Photography and Video

Streetz Football is a football media and development platform and photography or filming may take place at Academy activities.

Any use of images or footage involving children will be managed in accordance with Streetz Football’s safeguarding, privacy and consent procedures.

Changes to Membership

Streetz Football may make reasonable changes to the Academy programme, including training schedules, coaches, venues and membership fees.

Parents will be given reasonable notice of significant changes.

Agreement

By registering a player and setting up the £120 monthly membership, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
